About

Built where the counters are.

RentivoFleet is built in Sfax, Tunisia, for the way rental agencies actually operate: a counter, a phone that never stops, cars that live on the road, and paperwork the state cares about.

Why it exists

Generic rental software treats Tunisia as an edge case: the TVA and timbre fiscal, the FTUSA constat after an accident, bilingual FR/EN contracts, deposits that come back minus an itemized deduction, customers who book by walking in. RentivoFleet started from those realities and grew outward — 85+ modules later, it runs the whole agency, and it exports just as comfortably to any market that rents cars.

Why white-label

An agency's brand is its most valuable asset, built one rental at a time. Software should disappear behind it. Customers book on the agency's site, staff work under the agency's logo, and every printed document carries the agency's letterhead. The platform's own name appears exactly once in the relationship: on the licence.

Charge for work, not for switches

Integration, migration and training are work, so they cost something. Flipping a module on is a switch, so it doesn't. No commission on bookings, no per-seat fees.

Own your machine

The platform deploys on the agency's server, under the agency's domain. Isolation is the architecture, not a pricing tier — your data never shares a database with a competitor's.

Paper is a data source

Most agencies run on ledgers and carbon-copy contracts. That history is valuable, so the platform imports it as historical bookings instead of pretending day one is year zero.

Proof over promises

Backups are only real once they have been restored somewhere and checked. The restore drill is part of the product, and the drill report goes to the owner.

The short version

One perpetual licence. Your hosting, your brand, your data. Migration and training included, maintenance priced separately and honestly, and a demo that runs on your real fleet list.
