These terms cover the use of rentivofleet.com. Subscribing to RentivoFleet or buying a perpetual licence is governed by a separate written agreement — a subscription contract or a licence agreement — signed by both sides; nothing on this site replaces it.

A presentation of the RentivoFleet platform. Screenshots, figures and dashboards shown here come from demonstration tenants with invented example data — they are illustrative, not a promise of your agency's results.
Nothing on this site is a binding offer. Where subscription plans are shown, their prices are monthly, excluding VAT, for your whole company — what you subscribe to is the plan and price written in the contract you sign. A subscription is signed for a minimum of 12 months, billed monthly, with a one-off setup fee equal to one month of the plan; your contract states both. A perpetual licence is quoted in person, in writing, per agency. If a number on this site and a number in your signed agreement ever disagree, the signed agreement wins.
The RentivoFleet name, logo, design and the content of this site are ours. Browsing grants no licence to reuse them. The demonstration agency brands shown (Atlas Rent, Olea Rent, Medina Cars) are fictional and exist only to demonstrate white-labelling.
Do not scrape the site at abusive rates, probe it for vulnerabilities, or impersonate RentivoFleet using its content. Security findings are welcome by email instead — responsibly, at contact@rentivofleet.com.
The site is provided as-is. We keep it accurate and available in good faith, but we accept no liability for decisions taken on the basis of illustrative material, for interruptions, or for external links.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Tunisia. Courts of Tunis have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rules that may apply where you live.
