These terms cover the use of rentivofleet.com. Buying, deploying and running the RentivoFleet platform itself is governed by a separate written licence agreement, signed by both sides — nothing on this site replaces it.

Nothing on this site is a binding offer. Licence scope and pricing are quoted in person, in writing, per agency. If a number on this site and a number in your signed agreement ever disagree, the signed agreement wins.
The RentivoFleet name, logo, design and the content of this site are ours. Browsing grants no licence to reuse them. The demonstration agency brands shown (Atlas Rent, Olea Rent, Medina Cars) are fictional and exist only to demonstrate white-labelling.
Do not scrape the site at abusive rates, probe it for vulnerabilities, or impersonate RentivoFleet using its content. Security findings are welcome by email instead — responsibly, at hello@rentivofleet.com.
The site is provided as-is. We keep it accurate and available in good faith, but we accept no liability for decisions taken on the basis of illustrative material, for interruptions, or for external links.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Tunisia. Courts of Sfax have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rules that may apply where you live.
