Every plan includes a private portal for your company: your invoices, contracts and requests in one place, and a direct line to our team.

  • Raise a limit

    See your plan, its limits and how much of each you use. Reached one? Where your plan offers it, request a monthly option to raise that limit without changing plan. Once we accept, you sign its contract, and it applies when its first invoice is paid.

  • Invoices and payments

    Your invoices and credit notes as PDFs, your balance and your payment history. Paid by transfer? Upload the proof against the invoice.

  • Contracts and renewals

    Your signed contracts to download, your renewal history, and the date your paid period ends.

  • Requests

    Change plan, renew, or correct your company details: send the request from the portal and follow its answer.

  • Support

    Write to our team, attach a file, and read the replies in the same thread.

  • Team access

    Give up to 5 colleagues their own sign-in. They see invoices, contracts and requests; the account owner manages access.

    A notification when a request is answered or your fleet nears its vehicle limit, and announcements from our team.

The portal is available in English and French; invoices and contracts stay in French. Requests and options are reviewed by our team before anything changes on your account.

Implementation

The work of getting you live is part of the licence, not a line item discovered later. That is the part most vendors charge for twice.

Support

Annual maintenance, support and updates are a separate, optional plan — priced on their own so you can see exactly what keeps the lights on, and decline it without losing the platform.

Infrastructure options

You choose where it runs. We size it, document it, and deploy to it — the account and the bill stay yours, which is what keeps the data yours too.

  • The platform continuing to work if you decline the support plan.
  • A price increase on a signed licence.

Questions about the plans

Is the price per user?

No. One subscription covers your whole company — every agency and every staff account on it. Each plan sets how many vehicles, staff accounts, service points and agencies it includes, and those totals are shared across all your agencies.

Do the prices include VAT?

No — plan prices are shown excluding VAT. VAT and the fiscal stamp are added on each monthly invoice.

Is there a setup fee?

Yes — a one-off fee equal to one month of your plan, billed with your first monthly invoice.

What happens when I reach a limit?

Everything you already have keeps working. Adding one more — a vehicle, a staff account, a service point or an agency — is refused, with a message that shows your limit: remove one, raise that limit with a monthly option if your plan offers one, or move to a larger plan.

Can I change plan later?

Yes. You sign a new contract for the plan you want, and the change takes effect from your next monthly due date — until then, nothing changes. Changing plan does not restart the 12-month minimum.

What happens if a payment is late?

Nothing changes straight away — there is a grace period. If the invoice is still unpaid after it, your account becomes read-only: you can still sign in and see all your records, but you can't add bookings or change anything until it is paid.

How do I cancel?

The subscription has a 12-month minimum, billed monthly; after that it runs month to month and renews automatically. Either side can end it with one month's notice — notice given during the first 12 months takes effect at the end of the 12th month.
