Implementation

Support

Annual maintenance, support and updates are a separate, optional plan — priced on their own so you can see exactly what keeps the lights on, and decline it without losing the platform.

  • Security patches whether or not you are on a current plan.
  • New releases while the plan is active.
  • Arabic, French and English, by email, phone or WhatsApp.

Infrastructure options

You choose where it runs. We size it, document it, and deploy to it — the account and the bill stay yours, which is what keeps the data yours too.

  • A VPS at a provider of your choice — most agencies run in Tunisia or the EU.
  • Your existing servers, if you already have infrastructure.
  • We size the machine to your fleet and traffic before you buy it.
  • Backups, TLS and monitoring configured as part of deployment.
